Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and Notivio does not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused time.
If you delete your account before the end of the billing period, the subscription will remain active until the end of that period and no refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
If you believe that a billing error has occurred, you agree to contact Notivio at support@notivio.app before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider or bank.
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to the Service may result in suspension or termination of your account.
